The Frankfort Square Park District has three indoor facilities available on a rental basis. These rooms can be used for a variety of celebrations, such as banquets, weddings, birthdays, showers, or family gatherings. Renters must be 25 years of age.

Facilities are available for a minimum of FIVE hours. Additional hours are $70 each. A $150 security deposit (in addition to the rental fee) is required at the time of the reservation and will secure the date of the rental. In the event of cancellation, the security deposit is forfeited. Rental fees must be paid in full one month prior to the rental date.
